Convert DVD to VCD/SVCD:

Open DVD movie. In the main window of program select MPEG1(Video CD) or MPEG2(Super Video CD) as a Profile and click "Configure" button. You will see the MPEG options window. Here you can configure General and Specific settings of MPEG.

General settings are: resolution, zoom, frame rate, enable or disable automatically detection 24Hz progressive NTSC, set Force input to be a 24Hz progressive NTSC or not, audio/video synchronization.

MPEG Specific settings are: Video Bitrate (Kbits). The recommended value for VCD is 1150 and 2376 for SVCD. Audio Bitrate (KBits). The recommended value both for VCD and SVCD is 224. Here you can also change the motion search type, calculation mode and DCT/iDCT.

Click "Standard" button to set VCD/SVCD standard settings. Click "OK" to save changes or "Cancel" to cancel without saving. Click "Convert" button to start ripping.

Convert DVD to AVI:

Open DVD movie. In the main window of program select AVI as a Profile and click "Configure" button. You will see the AVI options window.

Here you can configure General and Specific settings of AVI.

General settings are: resolution, zoom, frame rate, enable or disable automatically detection 24Hz progressive NTSC, set Force input to be a 24Hz progressive NTSC or not, audio/video synchronization.

AVI Specific settings are: Audio. Select what audio format will be used in AVI. Click "Audio" button to show audio configuration window. Video. Select the video codec here.

Click "OK" to save changes or "Cancel" to cancel without saving. Click "Convert" button to start ripping.

Convert DVD to MP3 or WAV:

Open DVD movie. In the main window of program select MP3 as a Profile and click "Configure" button. You will see the MP3 Audio Settings window.

Here you can configure General and Specific settings of MP3.

General settings are: sampling, zoom, dolby surround and volume.

MP3 Specific settings are: bitrate, quality, channel and filtering lowpass and highpass.

Click "OK" to save changes or "Cancel" to cancel without saving. If you want to convert movie part to WAV, you just have to select WAV as a Profile in the main window of the program. Click "Convert" button to start ripping.
