1. Open Cucusoft DVD Ripper.
2. Insert DVD to DVD-ROM
3. Click "Open DVD" button on the skin or choose "meun->file->open dvd root".
   
   • After click open dvd button,a windows dialog box will pop up to let your choose dvd root's directory.
     Chapters will be showed in Chapter list window.You can move to the output name column,click mouse right button to change output filename
4. set the Basic Input setting Index chapter, Audio Channel, Angle, Subtitle
5. set the Basic Output setting output format,output folder,zoom type,volume set
   • To set volume size,you can choose "custom" in Volume dropdown list then click "settings" button
6. Click the "convert" button.

1. I am trying to convert a DVD to IPOD format but I am getting the following error. "Audio Format not supported DTS"
   Normally there are not just one audio track on dvd . DTS is one of them, the mean is Digital Theatre System. But on ipod, you need not it. So when converting, you can choose the other audio track, ie, AC3..

   You can set the "Crop Mode" equal to "Custom" . Then in the screen to the right, use your mouse and drag the top and bottom (green) guidelines to the edges of the viewable movie. Then click "Convert" to convert.
