1. I have a widescreen monitor. Can I convert widescreen movies to AVI?
   Choose to convert my DVD to other format. In the General Settings page at General Options, set the Zoom Factor to Full. Change AVI resolution to 16:9 like 640*360.
   
   
2. The audio and video do not synchronize.
   This is not a common problem. Go to the General Settings page and check the "Audio / Video Synchronization" in the General Settings page. Convert again and you will see the problem gone.
   
   
3. Can I play DVD from my hard disk?
   Yes. Choose Backup my DVD to back up the DVD to your hard disk. Using a DVD player such as PowerDVD, choose open file from the menu. Then browse to the VIDEO_TS folder under the directory, which you have, backup the DVD. If the program asks for a file to be played then choose VIDEO_TS.IFO file. Click OK and you are done.
   
   
4. Can I split DVD-9 and burn it with Nero into two discs.
   Sure. Choose split DVD-9 into two DVD-5 discs. The DVD-9 will be copied to your hard disks under your selected directory. It will be named Disc1 and Disc2. Drag the contents of Disc1 and later Disc2 to Nero file browser space. Then you can start the burning process sequentially.
   
   
5. I want to convert my DVD to VCD and burn it.
   Yes. Choose Backup my DVD to back up the DVD to your hard disk. Using a DVD player such as PowerDVD, choose open file from the menu. Then browse to the VIDEO_TS folder under the directory, which you have, backup the DVD. If the program asks for a file to be played then choose VIDEO_TS.IFO file. Click OK and you are done.
