1. My Flash files have audios but the converted video files have no sound. How do I get the sound converted?
   Please close or disable all firewalls on your computer. Firewalls may cause the loss of sound in the converted files.
   
   
2. Can your software convert interactive Falsh files?
   Not yet. If your Flash file is interactive, only one frame from the interactive part will be converted.
   
   
3. What settings should I make if my Flash files don't have any audio?
   If your Flash files have no audios, you cannot select an audio output format to convert. Otherwise, the conversion will not be successfully completed.
   
   
4. The files I converted cannot be played on my iPod, why?
   You should select the proper resolution for the conversion, for example, 320*240.
   
   
5. Can I convert widescreen Flash files to play on my iPod?
   Yes. If your Flash files are widescreen files, please make sure you turn on the Widescreen option in Video Settings on your iPod.
