1. I just downloaded this suite of PPT2Flash Professional and QuizCreator. I was forced to install my PPT2Flash to my C drive, but not to other Drives? Why?
   It's a limitation to install the program to your C drive when you are using our trail version of PPT2Flash in Rapid E-learning suite. However, the limitation will be broken up if you install our full version when you have purchased it. Then you can install it in any drives, rather than C drive.
   
   
2. How many output types are there?
   There are four output types in total: Publish for Web; Package for Email; View as EXE; Package for CD.
   
   
3. I keep getting a trial expiration message on startup. I enter my registration key and email, and all is OK. But I get the expiration trial message again as soon as I start the program the second time. Why?
   Firstly, make sure you install and access to the program as System Administrator. All Wondershare programs can only be setup and run with the "Administrator" access on the PC. Or else, some unexpected errors would happen. Secondly, please make sure you download the program from the URL provided in the registration email. FYI: Please don't download the upgrade program from our website if you have purchased our products for we only provide trial version there and it can't be activated after expiration.
   
   
4. What does FlashMerger do?
   PPT2Flash usually convert all your individual slideshows as separate SWF files after conversion. However, if you want to export them as a single one, you can use the Flash Merger.
