- How to adjust the stretched slideshow?
As to this issue, please set in the way below:
- Please have the option titled "Keep original photo aspect ratio" checked when you start a new project or via clicking on "options" to tick the box.
- Then pitch on "Apply the settings on current page to the whole project".
- What can I do if get an error that "the audio file is not supported" when importing some music files?
Generally, MP3, WAV and OGG format stereo music files with the sample rate conforming 44100HZ or around are better supported by this software.
Before checking out the cause, make sure Media Player 9.0 or above and DirectX 9.0 have been installed in your system.
Then, if the problem continues, please contact us with your audio files for our test.
- How can I sort the order of the pictures?
This program allows you sort the order of pictures both in thumbnail mode and listview mode.
You can switch between the two modes by clicking the last button under the "Photos & Video clips" tab. In thumbnail mode, you can drag the pictures to wherever you want.
In listview mode, you can sort the pictures according to the filename, data etc. Also, you can shift the picture using the "Move up and Move down "button step by step . For convenience, if you want a great mobility, just by deleting and reimporting pictures to sort the order quickly.
- Why did the original sound of the inserted video can't be heard during preview?
The playback during preview is only the simulation image, not showing the problem.
Moreover, please don't presume it is a defect in conversion. It works normally by default, go next to convert until it is over, keep the program open, locate for the "Temp" file under the installation directory. Play the MPG file in the subdirectory to see if the original sound of video can be heard at this moment, which is the real result.

- How many photos can a DVD contain in Photo2DVD Studio?
There are no accurate limitations to the amount of photos. It is more or less pronounced depending on the photos you used, such as the color, the pixel of image. But one thing you should keep in mind that you can refer to the disc usage in Photo2DVD, better not exceed 70% of a disc just to be safe.
- What should I do if MCI error occurs when I try to preview?
If the background music in default menu template can't be played orderly, an MCI error may pop up when you click the "Preview" option. The proximate cause is that the hardware equipments are being occupied, leading the initialization fails to perform.
In such case, please close the application of Photo2DVD, reset your computer and reopen the Photo2DVD, then the problem will be solved.
For your information, the MCI error occurring in preview only affects the preview function, but doesn't cause any negative effects to DVD/SVCD/VCD files creating and burning.
