Frequently Asked Questions - WM Downloader

1. My browser stops responding. What happened?
   You may have been trying to access our web site during a busy period. To resolve this problem, try downloading from our web site at a later time.
   
   
2. I have already loaded one file, but it still says I have to click "load" firstly.
   This happens when your file has not been loaded successfully.
   
   If your file has been loaded sucessfully, you'll get a message "Please press 'Start' to download the ready file". Otherwise, an error message will be displayed on screen for a few seconds. Also, you can open the log file "WMDownloader.log" in the directory which Downloader installed, and find out the reason.
   
   
3. How to stop WM Downloader downloading a file for 2 times?
   Usually, this is caused by the same file has been included for 2 times. You can set the option "Skip file already existed" selected. If this option is set, Downloader will not create two same files.
   
   
4. I recorded a custom size recording and Windows frame recording, but can't record movies… my desktop is recorded instead.
   First of all, make sure that you have configured the video setting. If you did it correctly, you probably didn't select an area to record, after selecting the recording mode. After you choose from 3 recording modes on the left side of liteCam, you have to click the Select button from the Video Setting box.
   
   
5. If I purchase WM Downloader, will it dowload more than 10M bytes?
   Of course yes. For the trial version of our software, there is some limitation on the functions.So if you want to use our software to download a file which has a size exceeding 10M bytes, please register your product.
   
   
6. If I purchase WM Downloader, will it record more than 30 minutes?
   Of course yes. For the trial version of our software, there is some limitation on the functions.So if you want to use our software to convert a file which has a duration exceeding 30 mins, please register your product.
