- Can I convert video files to DivX format?
Sure but you need to install Divx codec.
- Can I convert video files to Xvid format?
You should install Xvid codec to do the job.
- Do your program support VCD(. dat) files?
The program fully support opening and converting dat files that VCD uses.
- What about DVD(.vob) files?
All DVD files can be open and converted so long as they are not protected by special encryption system. Encryption are used by the DVD manufacturers to prevent their DVD from being copied and used as a pirated copy. Remember to install video codecs on your PC before processing because it will give you a smoother video processing thus causing less confusing problems which may unduly arise.
- I have converted a file to MPEG2, SVCD or DVD formats. Unfortunately, I cannot play the converted file with Media Player.
This is because of there is no MPEG2 and DVD CODECs installed on your system. You should install the CODECs.
- Which version of DirectX Runtime is required?
If you are using Win98, WinMe or Win2000, DirectX 8.0 or higher is required. Download DirectX directly from Microsoft.
