1. Software crashes, with message it has encountered an error and has to shut down and asks to send a report to Microsoft.
   Most likely you have other software that conflicts with ours. Click on the Get Support button and you will be sent to a webpage that has instructions to solve this problem
   
   
2. There is no audio on the camera, or audio is out of sync?
   a) Choose a different audio channel in the PC software, before converting the DVD. After Open, you press Advanced, four times Next and then change the audio channel in Sound Dub/Audio.
   b) Out of sync audio can mean that you have an unsupported DVD. A small number of DVD's is unsupported and can't be converted
   
   
3. When I choose subtitles, the conversion is very slow
   Subtitles need to be rendered in the video file, this is a time-consuming process. When no subtitles are chosen, the first step can go much faster.
