1. Why I can't play RM and RMVB file in VCam?
   You should install RM splitter filter.
   
   
2. Why sometime the quality of screen capture video is not so good?
   Please run applications which will use VCam first, such as web chatting application. Then start screen capture, this will make the video quality better.
   
   
3. VCam driver installation failed?
   VCam only runs on Win2K/XP/2003 or later, and please also make sure you uninstall the program before installing a new version.
