1. Where can I find EZ Save Flash after installation?
   
   EZ Save Flash is a plug in to Internet Explorer, doesn't have any executable program. When you start Internet Explorer, EZ Save Flash will start automatically, and is ready for service for you.
   
   
2. Installation/Uninstall Failed!
   
   You must close all instances of Internet Explorer before each Installation/Uninstall. If it still doesn't work out, you can reboot the computer and try again.
   
   
3. Which browsers are supported?
   
   This program only works with Microsoft Internet Explorer5.02 or above, netscape and other browsers are not supported.
   
   
4. Can I download the Flash files in the web page?
   
   Yes, you can! Click the "Open Flash list" button ,you can see the list of all Flash files in the current web page, and you an check those you want to save.
   
   
5. Do you need any good suggestions?

6. How to disable Flash Float Toolbar?
   
   If you dislike Flash Float Toolbar, you can click setting button, and disable it.
