1. The internal preview does not refresh.
   POpen Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options. On the General tab, below the home page options, locate Temporary Internet Files section and click Settings. Select Every visit to the page and click OK.

   To update your software, you must re-download the latest version from the download links provided in your purchase info e-mail and re-install it over the previous one.
