Save, Print, & Other...

Save:

Will save the document in the same format it is opened with.

Save As:

Saves the contents as rich text (.rtf) or plain text (.txt). Saving as rich text will transfer the entire contents of m9P Editor Plus to the saved file including formatting and any embedded images and objects, while saving as plain text will save only the textual contents and no formatting.

Print Preview:

Displays rich text in pages almost exactly as they will be printed.

Print:

Print displays your default printer dialog. To print a part of the document, make your selection by pressing the left mouse button and highlight the part you want to print. The rich text will be printed in WYSISWYG format.

Insert:

Images and/or object inserted in the editor are embedded within the document, i.e., they will be written internally in the file as RTF code. This allows you to open your file with different programs that support RTF, for example MS Word, and view your embedded images/objects as they are. What kind of objects can be embedded? Almost all kinds of objects are supported, for example, sound files or MS Excel spreadsheets. The embedded object will be displayed as an icon within the document. To open it or run it, just double-click it and it will run or open within its default application, for example, sound files will be played with Media Player and MS Excel spreadsheets will be opened with Excel.

Send E-Mail:

You can send by e-mail your document as is or as PDF file or as DERT executable. These will be automatically attached to the e-mail letter. Otherwise, if you don't want to send attachments, choose to send the document text only.
