*Added support for HTC Desire

*Added Hebrew as a preferred language type
*Revert back to 2-channel down-sampling. Seems to work most of the time and 5.1 AAC caused device incompatibilities. Better to fail upfront than after encoding
*Double conversion error could occur in locales where the decimal is.
