The program` features unorthodox yet intuitive interface. A detailed view of the icon you`re working with takes up the most screen real estate, surrounded by a selection of common editing tools. A search function scans your PC for available icons to edit, and you can import various graphics. As for features, Easy Icon Maker gives you a lot to work with. Besides letting you alter basic attributes such as color and size, the app has a nice arsenal of effects, including sharpening, softening, embossing, and inverting. it even allows working with channels and set transparency to alpha channel. On the whole, Easy Icon Maker is a nice editing program that will be useful to Web designers or to anyone else who routinely works with icons.
