After reviewing the test app for .mts converter for Windows I decided to buy the full version but it wouldn't take the authorization code. Come to find out (after surfing the web) I had to email the support team requesting a 'link address' in order to start using my downloaded version. It was Sunday that I emailed the support team and I have yet to hear from them even after emailing them every day. This is very frustrating and I found out that the only ph# is located in China. The app runs great but their support STINKS.
