Yellow means that the booking is pending. Green means that the booking is confirmed, red means that those rooms on selected dates are unavailable and blue means that the room booking is complete.

Creating and Maintaining Room Bookings
The booking form is used for creating new bookings and for viewing and editing existing bookings. The booking form records customer details, room bookings, venue bookings, services and payment details. Repeat customer details are easily returned by entering the customer's surname.
