OCR Folder is a desktop application that allows you to selectively process an entire folder of Image Files to ASCII text. You define specific zones to process. Process both ASCII text and Barcodes. Results stored to format of your choosing, delimited text file, XML, or Excel.

OCRFolder allows you to designate specific regions or zones of an image to process. Once defined, an entire folder of images can be converted to ASCII text using that template, converting only the specific regions you defined.

Using your region definitions, OCRFolder will generate ASCII text for all image documents within a designated folder. For example, if you had a thousand bitmap documents that each contained a name, social security number, and date. You could define only those regions to be processed. OCRFolder could then generate a delimited text file containing only those fields.

Text results can be stored to either a Text Delimited File, XML File, or Excel File. For a Text Delimited File, you can select or define your own delimiters.
