Volunteer Suite Lite (General) Volunteer Suite Lite bundles InTrek Lite and MVP to create an essential tool for any organization trying to manage assets, locations, contacts, events, contributions and volunteer information on a limited budget.
InTrek Lite is designed to allow the user to enter and store location information, contact information and asset information into a database. As assets are moved from one location to another that assets history is captured and stored in a asset history table. This enables the user to keep a updated history of that asset's movements.
MVP is designed to allow the user to enter and store volunteer/member information, event information and contribution information into a database. As events are entered, volunteers/members can be assigned to these events. As the volunteer/member participates in events, their actual start and end times is captured along with the date(s) of participation.
