You can try Nemo all to pdf, converting printable files to PDF.
including the page layout, text font, images. Moreover, you are allowed to set the properties for the created PDF files, such as author, title, keywords, allowed actions and passwords, etc.
I'm not sure this can be done without all coding the option into system preferences in the system library.
