I used this at a company I worked for for 4+ years and the only issue with it was that people actually have to use it. The receptionists kept it updated as much as possible and it was maintained by IT - but not much has to be done - it's just to update new phone numbers/extensions and add/remove users. You're able, as a user, to run a report as to when you clocked in and out (helpful in filling out timesheets) and you can run the same reports for your crew if you're an administrator. Great for keeping track of your employee's work hours. Room for notes, able to download a phone list from it, see who's on vacation at the click of a button, see how long Dude is in a meeting or where they went. I'm really missing it now when I go looking for someone or send emails to someone who's on vacation for a month...
