Detailed Description of Aeris Calendar 2.1

Aeris Calendar is a full-featured desktop calendar with current weather conditions, forecasts and severe weather alerts. Aeris Calendar allows you to easily add reminders, daily notes, todo entries and events such as birthdays, anniversaries and holidays. The extended forecast is displayed directly on the calendar and current conditions are displayed on the calendar, tray icon and desklet. Themes allow you to skin the calendar or you can select any image on your computer to serve as the backdrop for your calendar.

*Local weather for anywhere in the U.S. and major international cities
*Downloadable Themes allow you to select the calendar background of your choice
*The Desklet allows you to see the current weather conditions at a glance, and also edit your notes and todo list
*A powerful Event Editor allows you to add birthdays, anniversaries and holidays
*Weather information displays current conditions, detailed extended day forecast, and an hourly forecast
*Severe Weather Alerts announce when there is severe weather in your area
*Reminders can be setup to activate once or repeat daily, weekly, etc.
*The todo list allows you to create a simple list of items that you need to complete
*The tray icon can display up to 2 lines of information directly in your tray; for example, the current temperature and the humidity, it's your choice
*The tray icon tooltips can be customized to show only the information that you're interested in when you hover your mouse over the icon
*Set hotkeys to update the weather or add a reminder at the touch of a key -- even when Aeris Calendar is minimized
*Print the calendar with or without extra information such as events, notes, moon phases, etc.
