Detailed Description of Effective Planner 2.1

# This runs within a fully editable grid with check boxes and drop down lists.
# Popup reminders and sticky notes can be set against any event.
# All events can be shown within the grid. These can then be filtered via a date range.
# Exporting can be done via printing, email and saving as spreadsheets and rich text files.
# Selecting date ranges from the calendar makes it easier to move back and forth through the months.


Various fields to use.

Information entered into the dialog here is then saved to the main database. This then can be seen in the main screen (above).
The data here comprises of details data and time as well as status and priority.
The alarm has preview time and also ability to open programs or files or just simply play an audio file on pop-up.
The sticky note can be set to be viewed within certain dates. The notes color can also be changed.

Using your data

Filters are used to make your list show you just the events you need.
From here you can then email, print or export as xls or rtf files.
Exporting of data from programs is something we all need to have at our disposal as not everyone has the same programs.
