 How to make AMR MMF MP3 Ringtone for mobile?

Step1. Please download Joy RingTone Converter and install this software.
Step2. Open an audio file: Click Open Audio File button, find and select a MP3/WAV file you want to convert, the audio data will be shown in the Wave View.
