Click on the email toolbar button and a dialog will appear giving you the choice of sending an email to the person in the current record or going to their home page, providing you have entered an email and web page address in the database. The program will open your default email client and web browser.


Move to the entry in the book that you want to dial a number for that person. Click on the phone icon in the toolbar or from the menu to dial the current number. A dialog will appear. Select the number you want to dial and click on DIAL, the number will dial. Another dialog will appear asking you to pick up the phone and hit return on the keyboard or click OK. Then you can start talking.
