Aabel 3 Main Window
When you launch the Aabel 3 from desktop or Programs group, you will see the above window which is the main window of Aabel 3. From the main window, users may make K-means clustering, Shapiro-Wilk test for normality, Hartley's Fmax test, Bartlett's chi-Square test, Extended Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and accompanying tests, Extended multiple comparsions, Testing for homogeneity of regression accompanying ANCOVA, Fisher's z transformation, Outlier Analysis, Correction for continuity for the normal approximation of Wilcoxon tests, N-way frequency analysis of categorical data, and Interaction plot (stacks of mean lines), etc.




Aabel 3 Data Brushing
Data brushing can be used for highlighting data interrelationships. It can be used as the first step for further data filtering, walking through hierarchies of numeric or categorical data, etc. By selecting data on one chart, the same data used by other charts and the corresponding worksheet rows will be highlighted. You can similarly chart-select worksheet rows to highlight the corresponding data on charts.

Assigning properties to selected data points (e.g., color, symbol, size) is possible at any stage of data visualization, and all data group-related properties such as regression by group, legend items, etc. will be dynamically updated.




Worksheet Editor/Viewer
Worksheet is the basic and important data structure in Aabel. The above window shows an untitled worksheet. In the worksheet editor/viewer view, you can create, modify, save or reload a worksheet. The data in worksheet are organized as a matrix, for each column of which you could assign a column title.
