When you launch the PQ DVD to iPod Video Suite from desktop or Programs group, you will see the above window which is the main window of PQ DVD to iPod Video Suite. From the main window, users may access the options of audio or video, open files, record files, or just exit.




PQ DVD to iPod Video Suite Output Settings Dialog
You can choose, modify or define various Audio/Video output settings by the menu "Options"->"Output Settings". In the above dialog, you can choose codec, i.e. MPEG4 or H264, the bitrate, the frame rate and the brightness for video format, and the volume and the stereo to Mono for audio format. Also, you can configure if disable the screen saver when recording and if shut down the computer when jobs are done.

PQ DVD to iPod Video Suite is very easy to use. It offers very richful options including DVD format. In the DVD settings dialog, you can configure the type of DVD navigator, choose the DVD video decoder and the DVD audio decoder.




Set Times for Recording
When open one video or audio file, PQ DVD to iPod Video Suite can record a segement of the video or audio. By click the menu "Options"->"Set Start, Stop Times for recording", the above dialog is present. In this dialog, the total time of the media file is shown. You can set the start time and the stop time separately.
